Currently a candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with an accredited US institution.
How You Will Contribute and What You Will Learn- Manage and maintain the test lab environment, ensuring it is well‑equipped and functional.
- Install, configure, and test optical transport equipment according to test plans.
- Work closely with engineering and marketing teams to execute test plans effectively.
- Collaborate with customers visiting the lab to demonstrate equipment performance and address any queries.
- Drive lab policies and quality control, ensuring all tests are conducted with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all lab activities and test results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during testing.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in optical transport equipment.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements in the lab.
- Ensure a safe and secure lab environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Perform any required equipment ordering, logistics, and shipping to support the lab.
- Strong knowledge of optical transport technologies and equipment.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and customers.
- Proficiency in using lab equipment and test instrumentation.
- Familiarity with industry‑standard lab practices and protocols.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
