Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with ISO 9001 standards and site-specific Quality Management System (QMS) processes. This role supports production through inspections, documentation, audits, and corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional quality-related training is a plus.

Previous Quality Control Technician experience required

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Experience performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Experience with NCRs, CAPAs, inspection records, and quality documentation

Proficient with inspection tools, gauges, calipers, micrometers, and measuring instruments

Perform receiving, in-process, and final product inspections

Maintain inspection records, quality logs, and documentation

Place products on hold and manage disposition activities

Communicate quality concerns and product defects to production and leadership

Support first-piece approvals and in-process quality checks

Participate in internal and external quality audits

Create and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPAs)

Maintain inspection equipment and measuring instruments

Manage product samples and related documentation

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and site-specific quality procedures

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.

Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.

Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.

Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
