Senior Investigator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Investigator to support financial crime prevention and compliance operations. This role is responsible for conducting quality reviews of investigative work, evaluating potentially suspicious activity, and ensuring adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to assess complex investigations with a high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of investigative casework and transaction monitoring activities.
• Evaluate investigations to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Analyze customer activity, transactional data, and supporting documentation to identify potential financial crime risks.
• Provide recommendations regarding escalation of cases requiring additional review.
• Assess investigative findings and support decisions related to regulatory reporting obligations.
• Document review results, observations, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner.
• Identify trends, process improvement opportunities, and quality concerns within investigative workflows.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk management, and operational teams to promote consistency and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure work meets productivity and quality expectations.
