Quality Assurance - QA/QC
Quality Control - QC Analysts/Managers, Production QC/QA, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Position Summary, Coppell Texas
As a Quality Coordinator at our Coppell, TX plant, you will serve as the first line of quality assurance on the production floor - inspecting incoming materials, monitoring in-process work, and verifying finished product prior to shipment. Your efforts will play a critical role in protecting our customers and our reputation by identifying issues early and maintaining accurate, reliable records that support the operation.
Because this is a custom, high-mix, low-volume job shop environment, you will inspect a wide variety of products rather than the same part repeatedly. In this setting, attention to detail and sound judgment are essential. We are seeking someone who takes pride in doing the job right - someone who is thorough, disciplined, and honest enough to raise concerns when needed, even in challenging situations.
Technical skills can be taught, but the right character is what defines an exceptional Quality Coordinator.

- Familiarity with basic measurement and inspection tools, with the ability and willingness to learn additional tools as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate recordkeeping.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment and the confidence to identify and elevate issues, even under production pressure
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 quality management systems.
