Chargé / Chargé de médiation scientifique

Job Description

Attached to the research department, the support and valorization manager of research programs contributes to the implementation of the establishment's scientific strategy, and accompanies the research department (6 research units, 3 partnership chairs, 2 thematic networks) in the piloting, evaluation, and valorization of research programs and contracts.

Main duties include:

  • Conducting strategic monitoring of national, European, and international calls for projects (ANR, Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, PIA, territorial authorities, foundations, etc.)
  • Contributing to the development of research partnerships and disseminating information to research teams.
  • Supporting teachers-researchers and research teams in identifying funding opportunities and setting up research projects.
  • Participating in the constitution and animation of networks of academic, institutional, and socio-economic partners at national, European, and international levels.
  • Ensuring administrative, financial, and operational follow-up of research contracts and funded projects.
  • Preparing activity reports, activity reports, dashboards, and follow-up indicators for research activity.
  • Implementing and monitoring quality assurance procedures related to research projects.
  • Participating in the valorization of scientific productions and activities of research teams of the establishment.
  • Contributing to the elaboration of strategic documents, activity reports, and decision-making tools for the establishment's instances and management.
