  • Relocate inventory from the Receiving dock to either open‑air reserve locations or active pick locations promptly and accurately.
  • Use a pallet jack to perform putaway tasks in multi‑level pick modules.
  • Utilize handheld devices to receive replenishment and putaway tasks.
  • Maneuver equipment, navigate aisles, and use the lift mechanism to reach high racks while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Consistently meet time‑based productivity standards.
  • Work comfortably in multi‑level picking modules and around conveyor systems.
  • Maintain a safe work area, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
  • Support and work in other departments throughout the Distribution Center.
  • Work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy throughout the Distribution Center.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience operating a Reach Truck and Order Picker (Cherry Picker).
  • Versatility within the department, performing equipment tasks and RPA duties by foot.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in radio communication.
  • Experience in a highly automated distribution environment is a plus. Knowledge of warehouse management systems, radio frequency devices, and voice picking preferred.
  • Arrive on time, prepared to begin work at the scheduled shift time, and flexible to work additional hours as needed.
  • Makes strategic and effective decisions in the best interest of customers and the company.

  • Must stand 100% of the time, walk approximately 50% of the time, and lift up to 47 pounds independently.
