Overview
Our full-time positions involve sales on the phone, chat, and email. We are currently hiring for a full‑time Customer Solutions Specialist. Schedules may include daytime, evenings, and weekends, up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities- On the phone: engaging in thoughtful conversations with customers while enhancing the customer experience.
- On the phone: designing custom spaces.
- On the phone: offering product information, resolving shipping concerns, and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador.
- On the phone: balancing multiple priorities and using good judgment to manage time.
- In chat and email: engaging in thoughtful conversations and providing an astonishing customer experience while chatting with customers.
- In chat and email: designing custom spaces.
- In chat and email: balancing multiple chats.
- In chat and email: offering product information, resolving shipping concerns, and sharing promotions as a brand ambassador.
