Napa Auto Parts -  - Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous service to customers in-store, over the telephone, or at the dealer's shop.;
Look up parts applications in catalogs or POS system and process orders accurately and efficiently.;
Advise customers on how to best meet their needs and answer highly technical questions.;
Demonstrate knowledge of products, performance standards, warranties, sales programs, and store policies.;
Maintain POS computer abilities and practice asset security/loss prevention; ensure the store and displays look presentable.
