Sales Representative - Uniform

Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on new business‑to‑business account development in our Uniform Division. You will prospect, cold‑call, set appointments, present programs and meet a sales quota while transporting product samples. The role includes a comprehensive 13‑week sales training program that covers product knowledge, mentorship, sales processes and business development strategies.

• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold‑calling and lead generation campaigns.
• Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and presentations.
• Maintain solid base salary, commission potential, and performance bonuses.
• Use company‑provided car package (lease, gas, insurance, maintenance allowance).
• Receive a tablet and Air Card for sales support.
• Attend annual recognition events.

Required

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably similar role.
• Experience in new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales.
• Hunter sales mentality – goal driven and self‑motivated.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and contact management systems.
