Your Role
  • Create Outstanding Experiences:
    Greet and sign in all showroom visitors, making a lasting impression.
  • Support Our Sales Team:
    Facilitate the sales process by handling customer payments, providing order statuses, answering questions, and managing samples.
  • Be the Voice of Pro Source:
    Answer phones, direct inquiries to the right team members, and explain the benefits of Pro Source to prospects.
  • Schedule Showroom Tours:
    Set up appointments for potential members to explore our offerings.
  • Keep Our Showroom Fresh:
    Update the showroom floor with new products and pricing, and ensure it’s always in pristine condition.
  • Build Strong Vendor Relationships:
    Communicate effectively with vendors regarding orders and support our Account Managers.
  • Master Our Systems:
    Utilize our CRM and internal software for sales entry, bookkeeping, and customer management.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent Communication

    Skills:

    Both verbal and written.
  • Detail-Oriented:
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fast-Paced Environment:
    Thrive in a dynamic setting.
  • Interior Design Knowledge: A plus, but not required.
  • Numerical Savvy:
    Comfort with data like discounts.
  • Tech Proficiency:
    Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, mobile devices, and internet navigation.
