Monarch Office Furniture is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals. This is a 100% commission-based role built for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable owning their pipeline and results.

• Prospect and develop new business through business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and site visits
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Manage your own pipeline from lead generation through close
• Learn Monarch’s product offerings through training and hands-on experience
• Represent the Monarch brand with professionalism and confidence in the field

• A proven hunter with strong B2B sales experience
• Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door, and outbound prospecting
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
• Able to “plug and play” while learning a new product line
• Confident working in a 100% commission environment
• Excellent communicator with strong follow-up skills
