Job Title: Multi-State Travel Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $3,500 Monthly Base + Performance-Based Commission
Work Location: Multiple U.S. Spa Locations (Travel Required)
Schedule: Rotating weekly schedule, including one Sunday as needed

Position OverviewThe Multi-State Travel Sales Manager plays a key role in supporting sales performance across various spa locations. This position requires travel to assigned sites and active participation in client consultations, service education, and revenue-driving activities. The role is best suited for individuals who are adaptable, client-focused, and motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-person consultations with spa clients
- Educate clients on available services, packages, and memberships
- Support daily sales activities and revenue goals at assigned locations
- Maintain accurate documentation related to client interactions and sales
- Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure a consistent client experience
- Follow company sales processes, policies, and guidelines
- Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Willingness to travel across multiple states
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- $3,500 monthly base salary
