  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (commercial equipment, projects, or services; fitness preferred)
  • Proven hunter—excels at prospecting, closing min. $25K+ monthly deals

  • Daytime availability (M-F business hours) with flexibility for travel

Position Summary
  • Owning end-to-end sales of complete gym solutions: design, equipment procurement, installation, service, asset/warranty management.
  • Covering your assigned territory with nationwide selling flexibility.
  • Providing exceptional client consultations and follow-through.
  • Tracking sales pipeline & reporting wins.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years B2B sales closing $25K+ deals/month (must demo track record)
  • Reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Professional appearance & strong communication skills
  • Must pass background check & drug test (CBD/Marijuana prohibited)
  • Smoke & vape-free workplace
Work Schedule & Pay

Part-time minimum 15-20 hours/week or full-time, Monday–Friday daytime (business hours). Nationwide virtual closes; travel as needed (10-30% depending on territory). Compensation: 100% commission-based (uncapped potential). All hires start as contractors for the first 3 months & 200 hours before full-time employment consideration.
