WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We seek a high‑performing Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fast‑paced, upscale salon environment and is driven by results.

THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL RECEPTIONIST ROLE—this is a sales‑focused, revenue‑generating position. You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings, maximizing schedule efficiency, and selling memberships and retail.

• Deliver a polished, high‑touch guest experience from check‑in to checkout.
• Respond to leads quickly and confidently—phone, text, and online inquiries.
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long‑term clients.
• Proactively fill open appointment slots and maintain a fully booked schedule.
• Consistently sell memberships, packages, and retail products.
• Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment.

• Proven sales experience (salon, spa, fitness, retail, or similar).
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end or luxury service environment.
• Confident, outgoing communicator who can build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable and effective on the phone—able to close, not just answer.
• Goal‑driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm, polished, and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Tech‑savvy with booking systems and POS platforms.
• Availability on Saturdays and evenings is required.

• Hourly pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour.
