The Inside Sales Specialist position plays a pivotal role in driving our business growth strategy at American First Finance. As the primary and most consistent point of contact for our vendors, the Inside Sales Specialist builds and strengthens vendor relationships. This role is critical in turning a “warm” lead into a red-hot opportunity, cultivating trust and confidence in our partnerships with vendors, and serves as the go-to expert for the vendor experience, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional support.

No cold calls – work with highly engaged prospects and existing partners who are ready to grow. - UNCAPPED COMMISSION:
Start with a $45,000 base and the potential to earn $65‑$70K within the first six months. - ENTREPRENEURIAL FREEDOM:

- Own your pipeline:
Make 75‑95 outbound calls daily to grow merchant relationships. - Close deals:

Manage your book of business, ensure merchant success, and help them achieve their KPIs. - Stay sharp:

- Proven sales experience:
At least one year of inside sales or phone sales experience. - Consistent work history.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Computer literate and able to operate common office machines.
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged.

- Vacation:
Paid vacation leave based on tenure – 40 hours after 6 months, 80 hours after 1 year, 120 hours after 5 years. - Sick leave:
