Overview

Our full‑time customer solutions specialist positions involve sales on the phone, chat, and email, engaging with customers, designing custom spaces, and providing product information, resolving shipping concerns, and sharing promotions. Schedules based on availability and business needs include daytime, evenings, and weekends, up to 40 hours per week.
