Position: Corporate Rotational Program - Sales (Dallas, TX)

The Sales Rotational Program is a 12-month, full-time opportunity built for early-career professionals who want to develop a real foundation in commercial sales.

Through three structured rotations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Selling Leadership (including Sales Center experience), you will gain end-to-end exposure to how QXO drives revenue growth, manages customer relationships, and brings products to market. Associates will contribute to active business initiatives, working alongside cross‑functional teams, and building the skills to operate confidently in a results‑driven commercial environment.

The program combines hands‑on experience, targeted development, and a capstone project that gives you increasing responsibility over time. Associates who successfully complete the program are eligible for full‑time placement in Sales, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, based on business needs, performance, and career interests.
