We offer an elevated menu of services including custom lash extensions, lash lifts, tinting, threading, and more. We are seeking a high-performing Client Experience & Sales Specialist to drive bookings, memberships, retail sales, and client retention in our upscale salon. This is a revenue‑generating sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, converting inquiries into loyal clients, and being rewarded for performance.

This is a sales‑focused, revenue‑generating position. You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings, maximizing schedule efficiency, and selling memberships and retail. If you have experience in a busy salon, medspa, or luxury service environment and love the thrill of hitting goals and earning more based on performance, you’ll fit right in.

• Deliver a polished, high‑touch guest experience from check‑in to checkout
• Respond to leads quickly and confidently via phone, text, and online inquiries
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long‑term clients
• Proactively fill open appointment slots and maintain a fully booked schedule
• Consistently sell memberships, packages, and retail products
• Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment

• Proven sales experience (salon, spa, medspa, fitness, or retail)
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end or luxury service environment
• Confident, outgoing communicator who can build rapport and close
• Comfortable on the phone—able to convert, not just answer
• Goal‑driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm, polished, and solution‑oriented under pressure
• Tech‑savvy with booking systems and POS platforms
• Availability on Saturdays is required
