Manager, Inside Sales – Cloud Software Solution Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvement
• Ensure seamless operation of sales processes and efficient use of CRM tools
• Address escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop lead generation initiatives
• Implement and monitor adherence to sales policies and procedures
• Compile and present sales reports to senior management
• Foster a positive and dynamic team environment that encourages continuous improvement
• Maintain consistent and accurate forecasting of new business
• Ensure ongoing and consistent adherence to  compliance with pipeline management
• Maintain consistent communication with sales leadership
• Attend key customer and industry conferences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years’ of relevant work experience
• 5+ years working in B2B Sales or Account Management or other equivalent experience
• Experience adapting functional/departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges and objectives
• Experience being accountable for a centralized functional activity
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and manage individual contributor sales representatives
• Demonstrated ability to influence the team to deliver on outcomes
• Prior sales of software/SaaS or other relevant subscription-based product solutions (preferred)
• Prior relevant work experience or working knowledge of the Tax & Accounting industry including familiarity with terminology, principles and practices (preferred)
