Retail Sales Representative

We're partnering with a growing home textiles company to expand its retail presence nationwide. This is a high-impact role focused on developing new business while strengthening long-term relationships with retail partners.

We're looking for someone who understands the retail sales cycle, enjoys building strategic partnerships, and has experience selling products into retail environments.

• Develop new business opportunities with regional and national retail accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers.
• Present product lines, negotiate pricing, and close new business.
• Grow existing accounts through exceptional service and strategic account management.
• Travel nationally to customer meetings and industry trade shows.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer support from order through delivery.

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling home textiles, home goods, consumer products, or similar merchandise into retail channels.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel nationally as business requires.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceeding goals.
