Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or unauthorized access;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, credential verification, and adherence to site entry requirements;
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
