Security Officer - Visitor Services

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Serve as the front desk point of contact, greet and direct visitors, verify appointments and/or authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain required visitor records.;
Monitor entry activity and security-related systems from the reception area, report unusual conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Maintain a professional, welcoming presence while supporting confidentiality expectations and providing directions or assistance to individuals entering the location.
