DH Pace seeks Commercial Door Technicians in Coppell, TX for doors in Dallas and surrounding areas. Candidates should have experience with commercial doors including roll‑up doors, high‑speed doors, door hardware, dock equipment, and dock levelers.
Job Responsibilities- Install and repair a wide range of commercial doors and door hardware, including roll‑up, dock, high‑speed, and entry doors.
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
- Track and maintain job‑related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
- Operate in a safety‑conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Experience in a similar role or mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
