- Earn $100K–$150K+ per year (performance-based pay with strong earning potential).

- 2-5 years of plumbing experience (at least 1 year in residential service preferred).
- Knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Experience with field management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and pride in workmanship.
