ABM is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson to maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of commercial office facilities. This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and facility support tasks including carpentry, painting, basic electrical work, plumbing support, furniture assembly, and general building upkeep.

* High school diploma or GED equivalent.

* Previous experience in general building maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman services, or related field.

* Working knowledge of basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and facility repair practices.

* Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.

* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

* Basic computer skills for work orders, communication, and reporting.

* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred

* Experience maintaining commercial office buildings or corporate facilities.

* Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

* Trades-related certifications or technical training.
