Donor Ministries Representative- Bilingual

Job Overview

Donor Ministries Representative – Full‑time position based in Coppell, TX. The role supports the ministry by communicating with donors and the public, managing inbound/outbound calls and correspondence, and assisting with donor events and campaigns.

• Maintain personal relationship with Jesus Christ and act as an effective witness.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Samaritan's Purse.
• Interface with donors and the general public.
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills when reading and interpreting donor requests.
• Meet or exceed ministry quality standards for professionalism, timeliness, accuracy, and compassion.
• Read, sort, and respond to emails in the info, giving, e‑update, and projects inboxes.
• Assist with donor events as the ministry representative.
• Process outgoing correspondence for the department, quality‑check, and update donor records.
• Support seasonal needs, special assignments, and promotional campaigns for the response team.
• Follow Samaritan's Purse policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Four‑year college or university degree and 1–2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work with accuracy, confidentiality, insight, and professionalism when interacting with donors and other departments.
• Proficiency in at least ten software systems (Donor Studio, Pay Conex, Web Services, Avaya, Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and multiple web browsers).
• Access to electronic and paper records, including donor software, donation information, 306 list records, SP public drive, Outlook, and donor ministries files.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
