MDM Engineer
As a Reltio MDM Engineer, you will work as part of a team of dedicated problem-solvers to help create solutions on Reltio and interface with existing legacy systems as we upgrade the platforms.
A Reltio MDM Developer designs, builds, and maintains Master Data Management solutions on Reltio, focusing on data modeling (entities, relationships, attributes), configuring match/survivorship/cleansing rules, develop integrations using Reltio connectors, and implementing data stewardship workflows to create a single, trusted view of core enterprise data, often involving collaboration with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Reltio Configuration:
Set up and customize data models, entities, relationships, attributes, and UI elements. - Data Modeling:
Design and implement complex data models, crosswalks, and hierarchies. - Rules Engine:
Configure match/merge logic, survivorship rules, data validation, and data cleansing functions. - Integrations:
Develop data pipelines and integrations using Reltio connectors, Integration Hub (RIH), and ETL/ELT tools. - Data Stewardship:
Implement and manage workflows, data quality processes, and stewardship tools. - Support & Maintenance:
Troubleshoot issues, manage deployments, support upgrades, and ensure system performance. - Collaboration:
Work with business, data stewards, other teams and architects.
- Hands‑on experience with the Reltio MDM platform for at least 3 years.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts (matching, survivorship, governance).
- Proficiency with Reltio connectors and data integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure, Snowflake) and SDLC processes.
- Domain knowledge (e.g., Insurance desirable).
- Java, Python, or other scripting/programming skills for customizations.
