Lead Software Engineer - Hybrid

• Proven experience in leading software development teams in a Lead Software Engineer role
• Extensive background in full-cycle software engineering from conception to production
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, serverless architecture, and system design
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setting

• Experience with both front-end and back-end full-stack development
• A track record of providing constructive feedback to team members
• Familiarity with coaching various performance levels within a team
• Prior experience working with Agile teams
