Sr. Salesforce Developer

Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to play a key role in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise environments. This position will focus on advanced Salesforce development, platform engineering, integrations, and technical leadership supporting Service Cloud and Field Service operations. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Lightning development, APEX, integrations, and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, along with a passion for innovation and mentoring development teams.

• Compensation:
  This job is expected to pay about $130,000 to $170,000 annually plus 10% bonus

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Field Service, and integrated enterprise platforms
• Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, APEX classes/triggers, and asynchronous processing solutions
• Lead integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware tools, and enterprise data orchestration strategies
• Support Salesforce Dev Ops initiatives including CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and release management processes
• Mentor developers, establish engineering best practices, and partner with cross-functional teams on technical strategy and delivery

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, APEX, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce security models
• Experience with Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and complex Salesforce integrations
• Background working with Salesforce Dev Ops tools such as Gearset, Git, and automated deployment pipelines
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Field Service certifications are highly preferred
