Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in full stack development with hands-on experience in a structured environment working on systems, applications, programming, development, testing, implementation, and deployment.
  • Understanding of a broad range of technologies and the ability to think in enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle using structured processes (Agile).
  • Proficiency with Angular, .NET, C#, SQL, Restful API, Azure, VSTS.
  • Experience with SQL Server / SQL.
  • Mortgage Servicing industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field (a plus).
Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, design, program, test, implement, and deploy software applications using appropriate documentation, processes, and quality standards.
  • Ensure code accuracy, create technical documentation; utilize software configuration, version, and quality management processes.
  • Collaborate with project participants to maximize productivity, effectiveness, and timely completion.
  • Work independently with minimal direct supervision; exercise independent judgment to obtain results.
  • Handle significant or unique issues where data analysis requires evaluating intangibles.
  • Perform code reviews and help minimize technical debt.
  • Share information willingly when appropriate; recognize confidential information and handle it with discretion.
  • Apply problem-solving skills independently to investigate and research complex system problems to establish root cause and resolution.
  • Perform work on an Artificial Intelligence project for Inquiry Management and Call Center Agent Assist.
Interview Process

All candidates must appear in person for an interview as per the client mandate.

L1 will be with internal panel and scenario-based hands-on check along with theoretical assessment.

L2 (Inperson) will be with client panel and scenario-based hands-on check along with theoretical assessment.
