Associate Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Salesforce Developer with strong Mule Soft integration experience to support and enhance our enterprise Sales Cloud ecosystem. This role will work closely with Salesforce administrators, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and connected systems such as Genesys and Guidewire.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Mule Soft
• Develop APIs, flows, and integration patterns (REST, event‑driven, batch processing)
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and release management activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Salesforce and Mule Soft layers
• Contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, and integration design artifacts
• Support data synchronization, data quality, and governance initiatives
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, defect resolution, and peer code reviews

• 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience
• Hands‑on experience with Mule Soft (Anypoint Studio, APIs, flows, connectors)
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, API design, and middleware concepts
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON/XML data formats
• Familiarity with Git‑based version control and CI/CD pipelines

• Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I
• Mule Soft Certified Developer (MCD)
• Experience with enterprise integrations (Genesys Cloud, Guidewire)
• Exposure to event‑driven architecture and platform events
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Understanding of security best practices and OAuth authentication
