  flaky test remediation

  synchronization improvements

• Participate in Agile ceremonies using Jira and collaborate with Product, Development, Architecture, and Dev Ops teams as needed to improve quality, testability, and delivery efficiency.
• Follow Software Development Standards, Code Review Requirements, Release Governance Processes, and maintain Requirements Traceability, Test Evidence, and Audit-Ready Documentation.
• Share knowledge and support adoption of Quality Engineering, Automation Standards, and engineering excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 6 years
  of experience in
  SDET
  ,
  Test Automation
  ,
  Software Quality Assurance
  , or
  Quality Engineering
  roles.

• Strong
  Core Java
  programming skills, including
  Object-Oriented Programming (OOP),
  Design Patterns
  ,
  Collections
  ,
  Exception Handling

  , and
  Test Framework Architecture
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  Selenium Web Driver
  , including
  Page Object Model (POM), advanced

  CSS locator strategies

  , automation stability, and
  flaky test reduction
  .
• Strong
  API Testing
  experience using
  REST Assured
  , Karate, Postman, or similar tools.
• Experience with
