Senior Salesforce Developer A senior developer leads complex solution design, mentors others, and takes responsibility for architecture, quality, and technical direction. They should be able to balance business needs, platform limits, integration complexity, and long-term maintainability. You will drive integrations, best practices, and technical strategy to support AAA’s business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
What You Will Do- Lead design and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and adjacent capabilities
- Architect complex automation and custom development using Apex, LWC, Flows, Scheduler and Omni Studio
- Own technical design for major initiatives, including system integrations through Mule Soft, data flows, and platform scalability
- Guide implementation of Omni-Channel, Cadence, advanced dashboards, and sales process optimization
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure maintainable, secure, high-quality solutions
- Mentor developers across levels and help set technical direction for the team
- Partner with architects, admins, product owners, and business leaders to estimate work, assess risk, and sequence releases
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis for system and integration problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated leadership in large‑scale, multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations
- Deep expertise in:
Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura APEX (classes, triggers, batch/queueable jobs, asynchronous patterns) Sales Cloud configuration and customization Integration frameworks: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC Proven ability to lead technical delivery, influence architecture, and drive engineering standards
