• 68 cruise and pedal mode

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. The operations team is experienced and will dispatch drivers safely and legally. Trains usually cover the middle corridor of the United States, and dispatch will not force routes through west coast mountains or New York City. Trucks undergo regular maintenance; shop is available 24/7.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. Our team values familiarity—many drivers and dispatchers know each other by name. The operations department is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after full processing. Drivers are paid loaded and empty on practical miles, with up to 5‑7% more miles per year than companies paying for short miles. Additional compensation includes annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100k last year.

Loads: dry van and reefer. No slaughterhouses or fresh meat. 1 pick/1 drop or drop‑and‑hook. 100% no‑touch freight.
