Warehouse Packer TCS Mon Fri job at Adecco US, Inc. in Coppell, TX. Adecco is helping the nation's leading specialty retailer of storage and organization products hire versatile Warehouse Picker Packer jobs on 1st shifts, starting at $16.00 per hour. This temp‑to‑hire role offers a 5‑day, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule (Monday‑Friday) and is located in a non‑climate‑controlled distribution center with state‑of‑the‑art systems.
Responsibilities- Picking team members are responsible for picking product for stores and acting as personal shoppers for online orders.
- Fulfillment team members pack up orders for all online customers.
- Store Replen team members load and secure product on outbound trailers for delivery to the store network.
- Minimum 6‑month work history.
- Distribution center or warehouse experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Experience with distribution systems, scanners and voice picking preferred.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Cross‑train on other teams in picking, fulfillment and replenishment.
- Ability to lift up to 47.5 lbs. and perform constant physical activity, including standing, walking, use of hands, climbing, balancing, reaching, stooping, kneeling and grasping.
- Ability to work on feet for the entire shift and in a non‑climate‑controlled work environment.
- Pay rates starting at $16.00 per hour.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card.
- Dress casual, wear comfortable closed‑toe shoes.
