Adecco is helping the nation's leading specialty retailer of storage and organization products hire versatile Warehouse Picker Packer jobs on 1st shifts, starting at $16.00 per hour. This temp‑to‑hire role offers a 5‑day, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule (Monday‑Friday) and is located in a non‑climate‑controlled distribution center with state‑of‑the‑art systems.

• Picking team members are responsible for picking product for stores and acting as personal shoppers for online orders.
• Fulfillment team members pack up orders for all online customers.
• Store Replen team members load and secure product on outbound trailers for delivery to the store network.

• Minimum 6‑month work history.
• Distribution center or warehouse experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Experience with distribution systems, scanners and voice picking preferred.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Cross‑train on other teams in picking, fulfillment and replenishment.
• Ability to lift up to 47.5 lbs. and perform constant physical activity, including standing, walking, use of hands, climbing, balancing, reaching, stooping, kneeling and grasping.
• Ability to work on feet for the entire shift and in a non‑climate‑controlled work environment.

• Pay rates starting at $16.00 per hour.
