Warehouse Associate

Talascend is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for a contract opportunity with our client in Coppell, Texas
.

This role is responsible for performing various functions including cleaning and disinfecting medical devices, inbound receiving of goods, outbound shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Prepare outbound shipments for internal and external customers, including boxing, palletizing, wrapping, strapping, and applying shipping labels.
• Fill inventory stocking requests and complete par level stocking of the warehouse; verify quantities, perform cycle counts, and batch reconciliations; notify inventory analyst of discrepancies.
• Move and store inventory properly, ensure good housekeeping, and segregate non-conforming inventory.
• Complete training and certifications on time and perform assigned projects as directed by management.
• Clean and disinfect medical devices to reduce bio burden.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to perform duties through relevant experience, training, or education.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and perform walking, standing, bending, stooping, and repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Well organized, results-oriented, and attentive to detail.
