Warehouse Associates

Now hiring Warehouse Associates in Coppell, TX, for Michaels Model Store Warehouse. These temp-to-perm positions offer a pay rate of $18.00/hr, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and occasional Saturday shifts as needed. This role involves supporting unloading, pallet building, staging, and shipping preparation of metal shelving and backing for store set-ups. Associates will work in a hot warehouse environment with industrial ceiling fans and safety gear is required.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will assist with unloading, building pallets, and preparing shipments in a steady, hands‑on environment focused on safe and efficient shipping and receiving of store materials. You will support the operation using material handling equipment after onboarding and training.

$18.00/hr

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (Saturday as needed)

• Unload incoming materials (metal shelving and backing)
• Build and shrink-wrap pallets for shipping
• Stack and stage pallets in designated areas
• Load/unload trucks and support warehouse stocking and picking
• Operate warehouse equipment after training, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks

• Reliable transportation to/from Coppell, TX
• PIT certification (required)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or less
• Punctuality and reliable attendance
• PPE: steel‑toe shoes, work pants or shorts, T‑shirt without vulgar content
• Work efficiently through entire shift
