Sit Down Forklift Operator
CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Sit Down Forklift Operator in the Coppell, TX area. The Inventory Control Specialist / Material Handler is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout the facility. This role combines inventory control, cycle counting, material handling, and warehouse system management to support production readiness, minimize inventory discrepancies, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
Shift: Monday – Friday 6am – 2:30pm with overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies using warehouse management systems and SAP.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all material movements are properly scanned and documented.
- Operate forklifts safely and conduct daily equipment inspections.
- Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, staging, and general warehouse operations.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or mislabeled materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Utilize WMS and SAP systems for inventory transactions, reporting, and data integrity.

- Previous warehouse and inventory control experience preferred.
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift and commitment to safe work practices.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
- Experience using warehouse management systems and SAP.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
