Forklift Operator - Coppell, TX

Role focuses on movement of products throughout the warehouse using various types of Material Handling equipment. The role requires skills and experience to operate manual handling equipment in accordance with local legislation. Typical titles include Forklift Operator, Equipment Operator, MHE Operator.

• Utilize manifests to pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers with loading and unloading trucks.
• Perform material handling tasks such as picking, packing, scanning, kiting, and counting products.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of packaging and system work.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, complying with TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Forklift Certified.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink wrap material.
• Experience using an RF scan gun.
• Previous forklift certifications preferred.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Strong reading comprehension of work instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Capability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, bending, and lifting objects above head height.
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts.

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
