The Warehouse Associate  isresponsibleforensuringthatallinandoutgoingshippingmaterialsareproperlyhandled, received, inventoried, allocated and accounted for during the lifespan of the product.

• Receivesandunloadsproductionmaterials,supplies,and equipment.
• Verifiesandmatchesshippingcartons,packingslips,and/orbillsofladingwithmaterialsreceived.
• Responsibleforusingalltechnologyimplementedforthemaintenanceofinventory controls.
• Stocksreceivedmaterialsintheirdesignatedwarehouseracksandshelves.
• Stagesorbringsproductionmaterialstodesignatedareasforusebythe Printingand Mailing Departments
• Returnsproductionmaterialsbacktodesignatedarea.
• Deliverspackagesreceivedtoalldepartmentsand/orpersonnel.
• Performsmonthlyandasrequested,inventorycountsforallproductionmaterials.
• Operatesallequipmentrelatedtomovementofmaterialorproduct;disposesofpalletsnotinuse.
• Operatesforklift,electricormanualpalletjacktotransportheavymaterials.
• Maintainsforkliftandelectricpalletjacktoensurecontinuedoperationofthemachines.
• Monitorsdocumentshreddingprocesswithmobileservicevendor.
• Schedulesandmaintainsrecyclingbinavailabilitywithvendorinsupportofoperationalneeds.
• Preparesandshipsalloutgoingpackages,verifies,andloadsoutgoingmail.
• Follows all Warehouse and Mailing Department SOPs;ensurestimelyandefficientshipping/receiving practices.
• Crosstrainedtoprovideproductionsupportduringdowntimeinwarehouseresponsibilities.

• Organizesandfilesallshippingdocuments.
• Utilizesallcurrenttechnologyavailabletoupdatecollateralstatus.
• Helpsandassistsother Operationsdivisionswiththeirjobtasksas needed.
• Otherdutiesasassigned.
