Pay Rate: $16/hr

In this role you will be a customer partner that connects, navigates, influences, and provides solutions. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone.
- Make outbound financial collection calls and handle incoming calls from customers to persuade payments on past‑due accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.
- Strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Work within the defined hours of operation with flexibility on weekends and holidays:
Monday to Friday 7a.m. – 10p.m., Saturday 7a.m. – 7p.m.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entire shift with minimal distractions.
- Computer/technology savvy and able to operate multiple windows and tabs while providing best‑in‑class customer experience.
- Typing assessment required.
- Superb attendance.
