Must be able to get to and from the technology office at CCJHS

The Technology Intern will be a hands‑on representative of the Technology Department whose main focus is to help facilitate all basic Technology functions. Provides support to the Technology Department by compiling and maintaining personnel records, helps support activities, and assist with all technology aspects. As we continue to improve our processes, we are looking for someone with a creative mind and who is willing to take on a variety of projects.

Technology interns may have the opportunity to work on strategic projects to simple, daily Technology tasks to support CCISD.

• Assist the department with numerous daily activities and projects and gain a realistic job preview
• Provide exposure to different levels of the organization and various specialties
• Collaborate with the Technology staff to implement a wide variety of strategies and solutions
• Handle and elevate issues and provide ethical, timely and appropriate resolution
• Deliver timely and impactful communications promoting the vision of Copperas Cove ISD
• Support efforts
• Assist events, and special projects
• Assist in duties as well as other duties as assigned
• Maintains files and the filing system.
• Assists employees with all requests and needs and in the day‑to‑day efficient operation of the Department.
• Compiles data to prepares reports.

• Must be detail oriented, neat and professional in appearance, and able to communicate well.
• Must have a positive attitude
• Have a high level of energy, be creative and enthusiastic, and have a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient PC skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc)
• Flexible and able to adapt to change
