About the Roles
EA to General Manager of Finance and Legal:
Under the leadership of GM Finance and Legal, you will play a key role supporting the department that guides Coquitlam’s financial frameworks and legal affairs with precision and integrity. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a forward-thinking leader in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your exceptional organizational skills, sound judgement, and proactive support will make a visible difference every day.

EA to General Manager of Community Services:
Under the leadership of the GM Community Services, you will play a key role in supporting this newly created department that supports some of the City’s most public-facing services including recreation, culture, facilities management, festivals and events, community partnership and social planning. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an innovative and inclusive strategic leader in an evolving and community-focused service area where your exceptional organizational skills, sound judgement, customer service orientation, and proactive support will make a visible difference every day.
What You’ll Do
About You
You are an exceptional, detail-oriented professional with a minimum of five years’ experience supporting senior executives. You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong organizational skills, and bring creativity and diplomacy to your work. You understand the importance of political sensitivity and exercise sound judgment when handling confidential information. You enjoy being part of a team while confidently working independently.
