This role encompasses administrative duties closely aligned with supporting personnel and activities at the center. Responsibilities include overseeing office management, assisting with HR, and coordinating community-oriented events. This is a one-year contract with a potential transition to permanence based on funding availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee reception, records management, and office tasks
• Provide support for leadership including reports and correspondence
• Coordinate staff training and Board meetings efficiently
• Handle onboarding paperwork and personnel files
• Manage financial transactions and recordkeeping
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business or Office Administration
• 5+ years of relevant administrative experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Knowledge of ethics in a recovery setting
• Familiarity with Indigenous approaches to wellness is a plus
