Fraser Health is looking for a Relief Full Time Administrative Clerk at its Tri-Cities Public Health department. You will be responsible for vital support functions including receptionist duties, facilitating client intakes, and managing office supplies. This role necessitates effective communication and organizational abilities while contributing to a team committed to health improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and manage multi-line switchboard
• Create and maintain various documentation and reports
• Set up and manage filing systems for health records
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
• Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare related materials
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 and Office Administration training
• At least 1 year experience in related role
• Typing proficiency of 40 wpm or more
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
