Become an integral part of Moment Energy as an Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Product Officer. Leverage your skills in a dynamic clean energy environment.
In this pivotal role, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, manage complex schedules, and help coordinate strategic initiatives. Strong judgment and confidentiality are required as you assist in organizing meetings and preparing important documents, all while contributing to a mission-driven company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the CPO and VP with administrative functions
• Organize and manage meeting logistics and travel
• Prepare materials for internal and external presentations
• Act as a liaison between teams to ensure project alignment
• Maintain organization of documents and records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting executives
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Proficient with tools like Google Workspace
