Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and confirm purchase orders for suppliers

• Track and troubleshoot shipments for timely deliveries

• Conduct supplier documentation audits and maintain databases

• Log freight bills weekly for better tracking

• Collaborate with Accounting for accurate cost management

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Self-motivated with problem-solving capabilities

• Expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Excel

• Diploma or certification in relevant fields is beneficial
