Contribute to the vital support services at Fraser in Coquitlam, B.C. as a Team Assistant. This role focuses on portfolio administration and tenant support for vulnerable populations.
As part of Fraser's supportive housing team, you will report to the Regional Administrative Services Manager, ensuring efficient administration and tenant assistance. Your responsibilities will also include liaising with community groups, health authorities, and various agencies to deliver key housing programs. This position is ideal for individuals dedicated to enhancing living conditions for at-risk communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer tenant support functions efficiently
• Manage accounts payable and related inquiries
• Liaise with local organizations and government agencies
• Facilitate effective communication with diverse client populations
• Maintain detailed records and documentation
Requirements:
• High School diploma with relevant post-secondary courses
• Significant experience in public information services
• Strong knowledge of housing issues and programs
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
