As part of the clerical pool, you will specialize in frontline customer service, data entry, and maintaining essential reports, offering vital operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline customer service and support
• Assist with filing, typing, and data entry tasks
• Handle telephone and email inquiries
• Create and maintain computer and manual files
• Engage in additional project assignments as required
Requirements:
• Completion of grade 12 education
• Minimum 3 years in administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
• Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean record
