In this role, you'll rotate through a variety of document processing functions, working alongside a supportive team to ensure records are accurately scanned, verified, and indexed. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive computer-based tasks, this opportunity offers valuable experience in a professional workplace.
What's In It for You- Monday to Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m including a 30 minute lunch and 2, 15 minute breaks.

- You’ll rotate between scanning, quality, and release/index functions throughout your assignment based on operational requirements.
- You’ll move prepared cartons, one at a time, to designated scanning stations.
- You’ll load documents into a variety of scanners for processing, feeding sheets individually or in small batches depending on the source material.
- You’ll return documents to their cartons in the same order they were received following the scanning process.
- You’ll confirm the accuracy and quality of scanned documents before they move to the next stage of processing.
- You’ll document and index files, then release completed scanned material to the customer using computer-based systems.
- You’ll operate, clean, and perform basic troubleshooting on scanning equipment.
- You’ll perform significant data entry and maintain a high rate of accurate keystrokes while completing release and indexing activities.
- You’ll maintain accuracy and attention to detail while completing repetitive, process-driven tasks.
- Previous experience in data entry, document management, administrative support, or a similar detail-oriented role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
- Comfortable performing repetitive keyboarding and computer-based tasks with a high volume of keystrokes
- Ability to sit for extended periods, with occasional standing while operating scanning equipment
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow established processes and procedures
- Professional appearance appropriate for a business environment
- Ability to independently lift, carry, push, pull, and move boxes weighing between up to 50 lbs without assistance
